Refund policy

We want you to love your Sox Addicts gear. If you're not satisfied with your purchase we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition.

To initiate a return please email us at survivinggrady@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide our return address and instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

Please note that because our products are made to order we are unable to accept returns based solely on sizing preference if the size guide was available at time of purchase. We strongly recommend consulting our size guide before ordering, particularly for women's fitted styles which run small — we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

Items that arrive damaged or defective will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you — no return required. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the defective item.
