Sox Addicts sprung from Surviving Grady, an independent Red Sox fan blog that's been covering this team — with absolutely no filter (and not much of an audience) — for 20+ years. Same voice. Same weirdness. Same appeal to a very small demographic. Just on a shirt.

Melissa was the first to buy a Sox Addict shirt. She may have also been the only person to buy them the first year we sold 'em. And she has been the most tireless spokesperson for the brand. She is basically the original Sox Addict. Now I get to make up cool shirts *with* her. 

We're not the official store. We're the opposite of that. We're a couple of fans. Independent, opinionated, and chronically afflicted. Just like you.
